Blogspot Flagger

Problem: Certain Blogger accounts have the top toolbar disabled. These blogs, more often than not, have objectionable content on them (spam, illegal downloads, viruses, porn etc...). By disabling the toolbar/navbar the account owner hopes to prevent visitors from reporting the blog since the "Flag Blog" option is only available on this hidden toolbar.

Note: WordPress.com blogs don't have this problem.

Solution: Circumvent these evasion tactics on the blogger account and extract the Blog ID and URL directly, the only two things you need to flag offending site.
